An order takes 2-3 business days to process and about 6-7 business days to deliver. 
Shipping charges are based on weight and pincode. Your actual shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

We opt services of popular shipping aggregators and reputed shipping companies to deliver parcels. Tracking details are sent via email/WhatsApp.  
 Please note, in case of multiple active offers, only one can be availed with a particular order.
 
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Simply send an email to within 24 hours of the product delivery. Be sure to include images and a video of the incorrect product, along with your order details. We will promptly assess the situation and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. 
Damaged/Leaked Product Received: We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, but if you ever receive a damaged or leaked product, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please inform us within 24 hours of the product delivery by emailing us .Along with your order details ,kindly provide images and a video of the damaged item. We will swiftly investigate the issue and send you a replacement to make things right.
